*Job Summary*

Stellar Cleaning is a home service business located in the Portland Metro Area and we are seeking a skilled Service Technician with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team. The Service Technician will be responsible for operating the company van and managing several jobs including (but not limited to):

Window, roof and gutter cleaning

Power-washing

Landscaping / Yard Debris Cleanup

Home Light Installation

*Duties*

Conduct estimates and provide bids to customers

- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions

Complete jobs in an efficent and timely manner

*Perfered Qualifications* not required

- Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar field

- Valid Oregon Driver's License

- Background in sales is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving skills

Pay: $21.50 - $28.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week

Schedule:

10 hour shift
12 hour shift
8 hour shift
Day shift
Evening shift
Monday to Friday
Morning shift
Overtime
Weekends as needed
Year round work

Supplemental Pay:

Bonus opportunities
Commission pay

Experience:

General Cleaning Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

EPA Type II (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Portland, OR 97266 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

Portland, OR 97266: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
