Job Responsibilities:

Manage a team of installers
Coordinate solar installations and be able to project manage
Responsible for interacting with customers and office
Work a minimum of 40 hours per week
Follow all safety requirements
Be able to travel to sites outside of the New Orleans area

Qualifications

At least 2-3 years of solar experience
Experienced residential solar installer with service experience
Proven history of being a team lead in solar
Possess full range of mobility in upper and lower body
Ability to work in various positions, including but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods
Must be able to work in direct sunlight for extended periods
Ability to work on rooftops and from ladders in a safe manner
Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout the assigned workday
Have and maintain a valid driver’s license with good driving record
Professional appearance and client interaction
Be able to travel·

Preferred Assets (not required)

OSHA 10 hour certification (recommended)
OSHA 30 hour certification
NABCEP certification
TWIC card

Benefits after end of probationary period.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
