Job description

Major Responsibilities:

Performs repairs and preventive maintenance to the facility.

Performs light construction projects, building shelving, storage bins or similar

functions.

Assists in and/or repairs and preventive maintenance duties on building and equipment such as air filters, fans, motors, pulleys, and bearings as required and instructed.

Notifies the appropriate party in the event of a need for major repairs on

equipment or facilities.

Assists in the installation of new equipment such as air conditioning, refrigeration, equipment, and pumps.

Maintains building in an appropriate condition, using personal judgment and

discretion in so doing.

May be required to work irregular hours or return to the facility after the shift in

the event of unexpected mechanical breakdowns.

Performs general painting and staining around the facilities.

Makes repairs to walls, including patching of holes, wallpapering and tile work.

Performs various plumbing related duties such as cleaning drains and installing

garbage disposals.

Maintains an effective working relationship with fellow employees.

Always maintains the work area in a neat and orderly manner.

Adheres to Woodlake at New Hope and OSHA Safety Standards.

Perform similar or other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.38 - $27.75 per hour

Experience:

Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Preferred)
