We are looking for two experienced and motivated Maintenance Leads to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for two driven individuals who are looking to take their career to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all maintenance of the assigned property.
Well versed in ordering materials and supplies as well as maintaining necessary inventory.
Manage and maintain existing maintenance/work order schedule with proven ability to plan, project & prioritize as needed.
Thorough knowledge, understanding and ability to ensure Work Order’s are completed within 24 hours and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Provide accurate, timely, and meaningful operational reporting for the property.
Interface with the home office team to provide information, general oversight as needed.
Manage onsite maintenance crew.
Available to travel locally as needed.

Required Experience for the Maintenance Lead:

Must have own tools & transportation
Fluent in English and Spanish (write, read, conversate)
Must be HVAC Certified
Previous plumbing experience preferred
Experience managing all day-to-day tasks in a timely manner.
Proven experience & ability to manage and lead junior staff members, create a positive work environment, and further the company’s innovative, collaborative, and open culture.
Analytical thinker and self-starter who can make swift decisions, adapt to changes and deliver results..

Schedule:

Monday to Friday plus after hours/weekend availability as needed to assist existing on call personnel triage after hours calls as needed.
May be required to work after hours and or weekends when there are escalated emergency maintenance issues.

Must speak & write English & Spanish fluently (REQUIRED)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)
HVAC Certification (Required)
