What You'll Do: As the Marketing and CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand and driving our marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

HubSpot Mastery: Continuously improve our HubSpot CRM by creating new sequences, refining lead scoring, ensuring data integrity, and developing automations that streamline our processes.
Brand Building: Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all media content and social media platforms.
Content Creation: Design and implement a content calendar that engages our audience and drives traffic. Manage minor website maintenance and blog postings to keep our online presence fresh and relevant.
Creative Autonomy: Bring your creative ideas to life in a supportive environment that values innovation and initiative.
