LifeSource Water Systems, the leading residential water treatment company in California (AZ, NV, TX), currently seeking highly driven sales professionals to join its sales team.

What you'll earn:

A highly motivated sales representative who works LifeSource provided leads AND cultivates relationships with referral candidates, plumbers and contractors can expect to earn a minimum of $175,000 or more per year through weekly commissions and incentives. Our sales team also enjoys access to Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Bonus/Recognition & Incentive Programs, with top performers having the potential to surpass $300,000 in earnings.

What you'll do:

Build strong client relationships
Conduct in-home consultations to cater to client needs
Develop a robust referral network
As a 1099 professional, manage your own schedule
Leverage our proprietary CRM system
Local travel (driving) is a requirement

What we'll do:

Provide access to quality leads
Conduct extensive advertising via TV, radio, web, and email
Pay customers who refer new customers
Offer discounts to plumbers & contractors

What we're seeking:

A positive attitude coupled with high confidence levels
A minimum of 4 years of experience in home sales
A team player who values a positive work culture
Exceptional communication skills and computer proficiency
Outstanding sales ability
Persistent and diligent follow-up
