Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support: Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff; foster a positive team environment.
Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control; assist in achieving revenue targets.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Marketing Initiatives: Support marketing efforts to promote the restaurant, including special events and promotions.
Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on sales, labor costs, and operational efficiencies for the General Manager.
Inventory Management: Help oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory control to minimize waste and ensure product availability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
