What you'll do

As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the execution of complex international plant construction projects, overseeing them from initial planning to handover to the respective Knauf entities
You'll manage all project coordination, lead all stakeholders and ensure seamless internal and external communication
Independent negotiations with Knauf companies and suppliers will be part of your role to secure favorable terms and successful partnerships
You will ensure strict adherence to time schedules, budget constraints and technical requirements to bring projects to a successful conclusion
Support and participation in cross-functional activities will foster collaboration and alignment across departments

Who you are

You possess a technical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, which provides a strong foundation for this role
With extensive project management experience in the plant engineering sector, you have a proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects
Goal-oriented and systematic in your approach, you excel in negotiations and demonstrate assertiveness in various situations
Due to the international nature of our assignments, English language skills are essential and additional language skills may be beneficial
Willing to travel frequently, you are adaptable and eager to participate in global project efforts
