What You’ll do as a Kent Kwik Manager:

Train and develop Team Members.
Engage with the store team and Guests to provide excellent Guest service.
Operate the cashier register and gas console, accurately handle all payment types for product sold and process transactions using the POS system.
Maintain a clean store for an inviting Guest experience, both inside and outside.
Face merchandise and ensure it is stocked, priced, and promoted correctly.
Remain constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.
Conduct daily inspections of perishable products to check freshness and proper rotation.
Receive product deliveries from vendors, including moving, sorting, unloading, and stacking cases.
Adhere to all city, county, state, and federal laws affecting store operations including the sale of tobacco and alcohol products.
Ability to meet the physical demands of lifting, bending, carrying, pushing and pulling of items weighing up to 50 lbs.as well as standing and walking for long periods of time.
Must be able to climb ladders and step stools; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
