Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lighting Control Electrician with a strong service background to join our team. Living in the DFW or Houston area preferred. As a Lighting Control Electrician, you will be part of a traveling team installing and updating refrigeration control systems for supermarkets. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Supermarket Refrigeration and or HVAC experience welcomed.

Duties:
- Able to identify lighting electrical circuits, cable installation routes based on a layout drawing, identify board and point numbers, verify and program offsets in sensors, basic controls troubleshooting, basic controller programming. Responsible for ensuring daily clean-up and organizing material. Mentor and direct other team members in team leader’s absence.
- Test electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters and amp meters.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems
- Follow safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Electrician
- Proficient in using power tools and equipment related to electrical work
- Knowledge
- Familiarity with control systems, logic controllers and VFD'S
- Understanding of low voltage systems and their installation requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
