Full Time Maintenance Technician Job Description:

Perform on-site maintenance for the property's grounds and 126 Units
Complete work orders
Make units ready upon move-out
Assist Maintenance Supervisor as needed
Manage inventory of supplies and materials
Cleaning as needed
Seasonal responsibilities (snow shoveling, raking, etc.)

Full Time Maintenance Technician Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years labor experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work as a team and independently
Ability to trouble shoot maintenance issues

Full Time Maintenance Technician Preferred Qualifications/Experience

Maintenance experience is required
Experience operating tools and equipment
Experience using maintenance materials and supplies
Boilers License
Carpentry, Electrical, Labor, General Maintenance, Grounds-keeping, Building, Construction, Boilers, Appliances
