A Plumbing foreman supervises journeyman plumbers and helpers. Performs and oversees plumbing functions including installation of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems. Ensures all work is performed as per specifications and plumbing codes, studies the plans and drawings to determine work aids required. Provides input in plans developments and executes accodingly.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

- Collaborate with PM and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules.

- Utilize construction management software to create project schedules, RFI and CO.

- Implement and enforce OSHA regulations and safety protocols on job sites.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications/deadlines.

- Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

- Oversee quality control measures to ensure that work meets industry standards and client expectations.

- Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents.

- Performs pipe threading and soldering.

- Attends job site meetings and conducts toolbox meeting with his team.

- Performs tests to ensure systems have no leaks and all systems working properly.

- Schedules and attends inspections with local authorities and utilities.

- Supervises all phases of plumbing .

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Plumbing techniques and practices

- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols

- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- OSHA and Driver's license required*

- Open and positive communication individually as well as in a team enviroment.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

- Able to read blueprints and interpret drawings.

- 5+ years of experience in supervisory role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
