Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, experienced Marketing Director to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales avenues by managing marketing campaigns and developing strategies to drive traffic into our showrooms across the country. We are looking for a Marketing Director who is not only skilled in digital marketing but also brings a unique blend of creative vision and strategic thinking to the table. You should be self-motivated and willing to implement your own ideas and creative solutions. Encore Stone Studio is the only Nationwide Direct -To-Consumer supplier of high-end, beautiful, and captivating natural stone, quartz and sintered slabs. We work with interior designers, architects, homeowners, and custom builders from conceptual development to assisting with the design decision making process. Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of design and strive to be the number one educational resource in our industry. Our business model allows for full transparency and empowers our industry partners and the consumer.

Duties:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our brand and services in the design and building industry.

· Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, content 75creation, and website management.

· Infuse personality and creativity into our marketing efforts to engage our audience and differentiate our brand in a competitive market.

· Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.

· Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.

· Oversee and manage marketing budget, allocate and invest funds and resources wisely

· Produce relevant, valuable, and engaging content for the company website, blog and all social media formats.

· Utilize a variety of acquisition channels, including content creation, curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, etc.

· Bring your own ideas to the table, but also absorb and use the ideas of the sales team and management

· Travel will be required - must be willing to travel throughout the following states: Texas, Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama.

· Ability to work some weekends as required.

Qualifications:
· BS/MS degree in marketing or related field.

· 5+ years in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media.

· Strong creative skills with the ability to generate engaging content for social media platforms.

· Experience setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

· Excellent numerical skills, including utilization of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.

· Ability to creatively devise and lead cross channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.

· Keen awareness of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

· General good taste, including an innate sense of aesthetics, a love for great copy, and a creative witty style of communication.

· $75K base salary plus monthly bonus if company reaches sales performance metrics. $10K annually (paid monthly) in bonus is expected.
