Coastline HVAC is searching for an experienced, customer service driven lead installer. Position is only for experienced, highly skilled tradesmen with integrity and team leadership skills. Superior HVAC knowledge is mandatory. Required job skills include but not limited to supervision skills, positive attitude, strong work ethic, strong customer service skills, clean drivers license and minimum 3 years of HVAC experience preferred. EPA certification is required. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers and colleagues a must. Honesty and integrity are high value traits in the right candidate.
