Overview:

We have a large project kicking off for a bunch of condominiums and we need to build another crew to get the job done right and on time. The workload will be repetitive and predictable with clear design and layouts. This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth. Great pay, consistent work, primarily at one jobsite to start.

Are you experienced with installing HVAC equipment and ductwork?
Do you have a high level of attention to detail and a passion for quality of work?
Can you read plans and take initiative to consistently roll through installs?
Can you lead others to help you get the job done in an efficient manner?

Duties:
- Install commercial HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure proper installation
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, control wiring
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Van driver)
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
