Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and heating. A/C experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:

- Install, inspect, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
- Assemble and disassemble various plumbing components, including pumps, valves, and pipes.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand plumbing systems and identify potential issues.
- Perform heavy lifting and move equipment and materials as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, using mechanical knowledge to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other technicians and construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.

Experience:- 6+ years of experience in plumbing and heating.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Experience with blueprint reading and interpreting schematics.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, including wrenches, pliers, and drills.
- Ability to work at heights and navigate tight spaces.
- Knowledge of construction sites and remodeling projects.
- Familiarity with construction industry safety protocols and regulations.
- Proven mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
