Austin Roofing and Construction is seeking an experienced and energetic Leads & Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will excel in sales and marketing, with a strong commitment to world-class customer service. Join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our community.

OBJECTIVES

Ensure all client interactions are professional, positive, and aligned with the company's commitment to world-class customer service.
Answer phones promptly and professionally, using the Call-In Lead Sheet to document all necessary information.
Respond quickly to phone calls, Yelp inquiries, work orders, voicemails, emails, online messages, and text messages.
Input and maintain lead information in the CRM system (Acculynx) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Organize and schedule appointments for estimators
Complete training to become a notary public, as provided by Austin Roofing, to offer additional services to clients.
Create and manage social media posts to engage with the community and promote the company’s services.
Respond to Google reviews professionally and send thank-you tumblers to clients.
Assist with the development and execution of marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality to support team operations and client needs.
Perform data entry, handle mailings, and support various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

COMPETENCIES

Ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients, ensuring a positive experience and high satisfaction levels.
Proficient in verbal and written communication, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively across various platforms (phone, email, text, social media).
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of responsibilities.
Meticulous in entering and tracking data, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks, especially in the CRM system.
Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Understanding of basic marketing principles with the ability to assist in the creation and execution of marketing plans and social media campaigns.
Demonstrates consistent attendance and punctuality, contributing to the smooth operation of the team and timely client service.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

2+ years of experience in an office administrative position
1+ years of experience with leads and marketing through various platforms and social media websites
Educational background in marketing or equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing or sitting for extended periods of time
