Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical field while working under the guidance of experienced electricians. The Apprentice Electrician will assist in various electrical tasks on construction sites, contributing to commercial projects. Duties

Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements.
Work with both low voltage and high voltage systems as needed.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
Conduct tests using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools to ensure proper functionality of electrical components.
Collaborate with team members on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of electrical systems and practices.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Must be willing to travel.
Basic knowledge of electrical theory and practices is a plus.
Familiarity with blueprint reading is advantageous.
Experience or interest in commercial or industrial electrical work is desirable.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment on construction sites.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
Must be able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
